| Marlena Field is a Professional Certified Coach. She has always been fascinated by all aspects that create meaningful and sustainable change. As an expert in using the body as a resource for change, Marlena created a body-centered coaching method, wrote a book and created CDs of live coaching demonstrations. She teaches a tele-training series and leads 3 day in-person retreats. Her techniques combine mindfulness and the body’s wisdom for the purpose of integrating body, mind and spirit.
